Fran Marshall

Fran is a key member of the senior leadership team with over 16 years of experience in adult social work, she leads practice improvement, provides guidance on complex cases, and supports workforce development in her organisation. Fran is committed to embedding the voices of people with lived experience in practice. She has a keen interest in safeguarding adults and improving outcomes for young people transitioning into adult social care. She also contributes to regional and organisational initiatives, including anti racism work, Schwartz Rounds, social work development pathways, and the regional preparation for adulthood improvement stream.
