Nick Sinclair

Nick works for Community Catalysts, helping councils, NHS partners and local communities develop strengths based approaches that improve lives and build more connected places. He oversees the Local Area Coordination Network and supports the growth of Family and Group Conferencing for Adults.
He also founded New Social Leaders, a learning community for people driving change across health, housing and the social sector. Previously, Nick worked with organisations supporting people experiencing homelessness, shaping his commitment to social justice and community led change. He lives in Newcastle with his family.
